If you’re fairly sure you’re burning out, I want you to know that burnout is common, and nothing about it is shameful. It can be a debilitating condition, and recovery can be hard work — but you don’t have to do it all on your own! Must burnout is driven by workplace problems, but it can help to have support from mental health professionals.
