First up: it’s important to know that burnout is common, and nothing about it is shameful.
It can be a debilitating condition, and recovery can be hard work. But you don’t have to do it all on your own!
If you are currently experiencing serious distress (or if someone you know is), you can telephone one of these numbers for services that provide emergency mental health telephone support, wherever you are in the world.
