READ BEFORE BURNING (a play on the phrase “burn after reading”) is a monthly newsletter about burnout by organisational psychologist and burnout expert Dr Ben J. Searle.
The newsletter features evidence-based information, explanations, and advice about burnout and how to manage it. It’s a useful resource for anyone experiencing the condition themselves, anyone supporting people going through burnout, or anyone wanting to to reduce the risk of burnout in a team or organisation.
